We act as a subcontractor (SUB) to German general contractors, with whom we sign the fixed-price contract; the specialists are contractually engaged by us. We deliver complete crews and provide copies of all certificates on request. Core profiles:
While many subcontractors rely on Excel and paper, we document digitally. The Partners M&L App (in testing) serves staff for time sheets, self-service and document access – and bundles the evidence German general contractors expect during due diligence.
