This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA) – a processor under Art. 28 GDPR, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). Your IP address is processed for technical delivery. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Contact forms (Netlify Forms)
Form data is processed via Netlify Forms and forwarded to us solely to handle your enquiry/application. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR. Deleted after completion or statutory retention.
4. Cookies, consent, Google Analytics & Leadfeeder
Technically necessary storage of your cookie choice requires no consent (§ 25(2) TTDSG). After your explicit consent (“Accept”) we use Google Analytics 4 with anonymize_ip (Google Ireland Ltd.; possible transfer to the USA, EU-US DPF). If you choose “Reject”, Analytics is not loaded. Withdraw any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
Leadfeeder (company visit recognition). After your explicit consent (“Accept”) we additionally use Leadfeeder by Dealfront Group GmbH (Durlacher Allee 73, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany). Leadfeeder matches page visits to companies based on the IP address and shows us which companies visited which pages; cookies are set for this purpose. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TTDSG). If you choose “Reject”, Leadfeeder is not loaded. Withdraw any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
