This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA) – a processor under Art. 28 GDPR, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). Your IP address is processed for technical delivery. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Contact forms (Netlify Forms)
Form data is processed via Netlify Forms and forwarded to us solely to handle your enquiry/application. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR. Deleted after completion or statutory retention.
4. Cookies, consent & Google Analytics
Technically necessary storage of your cookie choice requires no consent (§ 25(2) TTDSG). After your explicit consent (“Accept”) we use Google Analytics 4 with anonymize_ip (Google Ireland Ltd.; possible transfer to the USA, EU-US DPF). If you choose “Reject”, Analytics is not loaded.
